Abstract

In the digital revolution, Internet connection seems to be a fundamental need. Different legal orders have faced the issues of the recognition of such right, which in some cases has been stated at constitutional level. A fast, reliable and secure Internet connection is much needed in the context of swift development of some services in the last years, in the transition towards the sharing economy.
